I just started watching this wonderful anime called Ef - A tale of memories. From the first 5 episodes, I must say I'm very impressed with the graphics. The backdrop uses choice colours which portrays the artisitic impressions of the manga artist. I can't count the number of times the shades keep changing and the movement flowc onstantly producing different effects. The story is mainly about a boy and a girl and how romance develops. The side characters take turns to step up to the stage creating many different stories interwoven together. The supernatural element comes about with a girl that keeps appearing but disappears the next instant. Basically, there is a boy who only knew loneliness. There are also a pair of twins who befriended him. One thing led to the next, resulting in a horrific accident to one of the twins and she suffered amnesia which meant that she could only remember things that happened only in the last 13 hours. The other twin falls for the boy and I'll let you go catch the anime for yourselves.
