A thick smog covers the road ahead. Should I turn left or right? Is there even a right or left? Instead, should the question be to go forward or backward? Upwards or downwards? Does it even matter? Maybe the correct decision would be to stay stock-still? Unfortunately, I'm not one to stay still. I'll definitely keep moving forward. The time for self-introspection is long gone. Action speaks louder than words. The fear threatens to overcome me but resolve strengthens me. The uncertainty is certainly temporary.The sun will shine through eventually and pave the path in its yellowish golden warmth. Birds will chirp their sweet melodies as the summer wind blows. The smell of ripe apples will fill the air. Oh how I long for those days that seem eons ago! But never to worry, time brings with it both joy and sorrow. It's an everlasting cycle that has already been imprinted since the beginning of time.
